Recently I purchased a LG smart TV from Sathya Home appliance and transfered it to a loan with Bajaj Finserv. I reeived call from collection agents on Jan 1 2018, the person spoke to me so rude as he was made to work on new year. He dispalyed his attitude with me and that was my first call of this year. He is impolite and demanding for money as if I had got a debt from him. Though the amount was paid the next day I raised a complaint on him by calling customer support. But they were helpless. I have even dropped an email to so called management and havent heard from them yet. Its so irritating now to speak any officials in this concern. Very disappointed on this concern.
