Bajaj finance services giving loan for household items with 0% interest. I bought 2 godrej air conditioner by loan . then loan application was rejected at my first attempt even I submitted all the documents . because of their staff attitude. their reason was that they couldn’t contact me by phone for phone number verification.but actually I didn’t receive any call or any miss call alerts. I again contacted their sales executive and he told me that manager’s explanation was he can’t call 2nd time.
Then I go another electronic shop and they contact bajaj finserv by an agent. and my loan passed. once loan passed then customer service very fast and quick. with in two days compleated all the process. I got details by e mail. customer no need to pay intrest. but manufacture have to pay. overall I satisfied with their service.
I didn’t like that manger’s attitude. im sure that will effect their goodwill.
