Bad Experience from Bajaj Finserv - Air Cooler

I am going with one of those bad experience from Bajaj Finserv I have never imagined. I purchased an Kenstar Air Cooler from Bajaj Electronics, P G Road, Hyderabad on 30th April 2017 for 10, 200/- the product is good and working perfect till now no problem. Now, at the time of booking I paid 4600/- as an advanced DP and gave them my Yes Bank A/c details for IMPS transactions which they have agreed and taken all the details then my loan account created with LAN 4000CD41416331 now after month I received message from Bajaj Finserv my aishwaryasingh23ment will be debited through Axis Bank.


I was  surprised to see and gutted as till now so far what ever Loan I have applied I never given wrong information neither I went with through bad debts. Now, coming back to this I put a mail to Wecare@bajajfinserv which the reply was not much noticeable then after month I start receiving calls for aishwaryasingh23ment initially I explained them about the issue that it was wrong details given from your Bajaj finserv employee on my bank details, still I was getting calls and a torturing calls I was like these people do not know the process and making the money by torturing to people for just loan of amount around 6500/-.


Then next day there employee of Bajaj Finserv called me said sorry for mistake & apologised happened I also let it be cooperated with them then went and submitted my Yes Bank cheque for new process as told by their Bajaj Finserv employee, after 1 week still I get calls from Bajaj Finserv for aishwaryasingh23ments now then when I cross checked with employee of Bajaj Finserv his number was switched off.


Still this issue is not closed I try to call your toll free number hardly lifts anyone and tried reaching your Bajaj Finserv people none of them helping here, The thing over here is its a big mistake from your people he must have ran away taking my cheque I suppose I dont know what exactly it is. I am fed up with this torturing calls its disturbing my daily life when I am on right side if this thing is not sorted out then I need to take an immediate action which I will have a final laugh.
