I have taken Bajaj Finserve loan while taking electronics goods from Vijay sales. Due to some Issue at Bajaj Finserve side ecs is not working, so for the 1st month i have Made online payment expecting they will send someone for collecting money but not for document collection.
Now interesting stuff they will start calling you 1 week before the due date and start harassing you confirming date and time of payment.
This is not all after you do the payment they will chase you as it is not reflecting in the system.
Also they will start calling you for home loan considering you took electronic goods.
So you are totally screwed .. we have option of tata capital we should give a try with them.
Language of call Center will make your day worst... so take a loan with your Own risk.
