I had taken a consumer loan and a personal loan from Bajaj Finserv around eight years ago. I repaid every instalment and cleared my loans in full, expecting a smooth closure. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be extremely unpleasant.
The recovery agent who came during the loan period behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of offering support or guidance, his tone was harsh and disrespectful. As a customer, I felt humiliated, which is not acceptable from a reputed financial company.
Even after my loans were completely paid off, Bajaj Finserv kept my EMI card locked. Till today, I have no clear answer as to why this happened. I contacted their support team but received no proper explanation or solution. It feels as if they do not value their customers once the repayment is done.
This has caused me unnecessary stress despite fulfilling all my obligations. Such behaviour shows a complete lack of transparency and customer care.
I will never recommend Bajaj Finserv to anyone. If you are considering a loan, please think twice before choosing them. My personal experience has been very negative, and I truly regret trusting this company.
Final Verdict: Poor service, rude staff, and unfair practices definitely not worth it.
