I had taken a loan from BHFL since 2019 during pandemic I still managed & didn’t take any moratorium from this people but due to salary reduction during WFH I paid my EMI but when ever missed my EMI these people do not have manners how to talk. They have been trained so badly that they start doing harassment. Visit home & sit whole day to collect 1 missing emi.They send people who look very dangerous its not good for a women to be at home when they visit.They will treat customers as if they are given unsecured loan. Even though they have mortgage the full property they feel so insecure. Very dirty behavior cheap & 3rd class people who comes to collect your EMI at home place. Literally torture a person who may really suicide themself. Whoever having loans please try to switch on ASAP to any other other Nationalised or private bank.
