Im an active customer of BAJAJ FINSERV more than a decade. Baja Finserv is becoming no.1 in the market by looting customers money without any logical policy. They dont even bother if customer catch them red handed, becase all levels are prepared to ignore when we start complain. Ealier I was not knowing this but 2 months back when I checked the bank statement I was shocked to see BF re-deposited the cheques multiple times after the EMI was paid. I was not believing ahen another user of BF stating that once they plan to loot they dont check the after effects and customers query whether the EMI is paid or not. The amazing part is that the ESCALATION MATRIX is absolutely inactive. last 2 months I wasted my time writing to BF customer care. No way.bottom to top no one responds to customers query. I dont suggest Bajaj Finserv to anyone in future.
