Don’t know where to write about getting calls from frequently from Bajaj finserv ( Pune branch)...so utllized this forum.
My frustration forced me to write me on this blog. Last year I bought LCD TV on monthly instalment and successfully paid all the instalments without nay bounces...here started calls from so called bajaj finance pune branch ( internet calls) as you are entitled to apply for 3.6 lacs personal loan. I told several times not to call and either interested in loan. but I keep on getting call every week. One guy called me when I was driving my car & I told I am driving call again. He said why don’t you stop the car and discuss...this is internet call you wont get this opportunity again. i disconnected.
This is happening every week & with my frustration today after receiving a call from bajaj, same story repeated by customer care person and forced to me talk rudely with poor customer care person. How to proceed further to remove my name from their list. can some one help me in this regard.
