I purchased a washing machine on EMI with Bajaj Finance and after first 3 EMI’s I payed all the remaining amount to their executive with a proper receipt.
After a month their recovery dept. called me and told me that all the remaining EMI’s are not payed and asked me to pay the amount with extra fine. I had a major argument and ended up paying Rs. 1500 as I did not wanted to speak to their F*king customer care team.
This is the worst thing I experienced, I have EMI’s with HDFC & ICICI and their service is like a gem.
I have personally decided to boycott all the products which have a name "BAJAJ" in it.
