They don’t tell everything to customer

Added insurance without asking customer I think if customer dies they don’t bother only thing they want is to recover their money this could be the reason why they add insurance without knowing customer
Bad service when u wanna close loan account
NOC clearance is delayed by knowingly themselves
No seals on NOC unless and we ask them
Such a worst experience I ever had
