The Bajaj Flora Instant water heater was a relief to install and use after I got rid of a so-called "reputed" American brand which caused me a lot of trouble.
It looks stylish and is very lightweight, which I consider as an important factor, for people like me who love to install it by ourselves. It comes with a "hole template" which makes it very easy to mark holes on the wall where you intend to install.
The heater performs well, and has all the required safety features and indicators such as heating lamp and a vent.
Above everything else, it is an Indian brand.I should have bought it earlier instead of the American brand which miserably failed for no apparent reason.internal explosion complete with smoke, sparks and sound. And an equally bad customer support.
So Baja Flora gets my Thumbs-up for being a nice, no-nonsense Indian product.
