Service support is useless

I bought the did factory processor from Bajaj after looking through a lot of food processors but looking at all the products at once you are getting in it thought it is a pretty good deal and I bought it and the jars were also looking good and I was satisfied by the product.


I used it for almost 3 months then the problem started happening.


I was getting a shake on the jar handle and it was feeling really loose and also the burning smell of the mixer jar was not feeling like it safe and one day the small jar broke as it just made sound and then just didn’t worked.


I called the service support and they came after 2 weeks and just repeated the jar and said the another jar is not in Stock so they cannot replace it so asked for refund to which he said its not the policy and if there will jar on stock I will be notified but I was sure  that was not going to happen he also took 250 rupees for the visit and then gave me a form to sign that issue is resolved after I signed it he explained what it is. I felt created as not even a year and the product malfunctioned and also I was not compensated.


After such experience its really hard for me to recommend it to anyone.
