I bought this on 1 of March 2010 from Croma. It looked great in the showroom and we thought it to be value for money. The next day the Service Center person came and tried to give demo. He himself couldnt fit the lid of centrifugal juicer and thus the machine wouldnt start. He tried a lot and said he will come back. After some followups he again came but couldnt fix it yet. Third time he said he will change the part.
At this moment I got furious. Why should I live with this? I bought a new machine and it is defective. It should be replaced. Croma denied to replace and it is not service centers job. I was stuck. Thankfully the senior manager of croma understood the situation and gave me a replacement. I am still waiting for demo because I dont want to open it myself - who know if it is broken again.It was really a mental torture for me to run and shout at Croma and Service center people.The earlier set had no manual inside and croma and service center told me there is no manual.
My suggestion is to go for processors from other brands.
To summarize: Bajaj is totally irresponsible manufacturer
