We had ordered a Bajaj Hand blender Majesty HB04 vide order no 5764881 dt 10th Jan 2013 through the Naaptol site. The site shown the image of the product with measuring glass, and mentions it in the additional features, also a wall mounting bracket is mentioned in additional feature.
None of these come with the product, and on complaining to Naaptol vide complaint no. 4042802 dt 14/01/2013 they informed that Bajaj does not supply these items.
Naaptol have still not modified the site too and it is misleading the consumers.
