I bought this Bajaj Icon PC 2012 Air Cooler last summer .
The service and support of the company was really good. they came on time to deliver the product and explained its working to me very nicely. and would also come within 2 days to fix if something happened to it and after that it would work nicely and wouldnt require much maintenance.
After a month’s use or so, the cooler started making sounds and would also cool very slowly but after calling for service from bajaj, it got fixed and stopped making sounds and started cooling well too.
For the amount I paid for this AC, which was about 5, 000, I think it is very satisfying and reliable. It has got me through the scorching summer heat at a very reasonable and affordable price and I am very satisfied with it . It doesnt randomly stop working unlike other AC’s, say, in the middle of the night and doesnt make a lot of noise and cools really well .
I think its value for money as it doesnt cost much and is very reliable and satisfying . I thought that since its not a very costly AC, it will increase my electricity bill, but it didnt, so its also energy efficient.
