I have ordered a Bajaj Popular Mixer Grinder from SNAPDEAL> CO> My Order Number is: 1466705157.
I received the order on time. But I was shocked when I connected the grinder and switched it on, it started sparkling and smoke came out of it. I called the helpline number and spoke to a lady named Monika, she said she is registering a complain and she gave a complaint number: 4210953. I also requested he to speak to a supervisor, then she started arguing with me.
After 21 minutes of argument, I was able to get a supervisor. He assured me that the grinder would be reversed. The very next day I got an email from Snapdeal support saying my address is in a non pickup zone and reverse pickup is not possible. It is really frustrating and harassing incident. Then I called Snapdeal in the night and spoke to one more guy named Anees, and again asked for the supervisor, he denied to transfer the call to a supervisor.
The next day I spoke to another guy he did not transfer my call to a supervisor and disconnected my call. I called in again and spoke this time I spoke to a Supervisor named Kaushal. She said she will arrange a callback for me. I requested to call me on another number as my registered mobile number is with my younger brother. But Snapdeal guys called my younger brother and they kept on forcing him to send the product back to them.
While placing the order, it was nowhere mentioned that my area comes under non-reverse pickup zone. It has been my regular schedule to make call to Snapdeal and get stupid answers. On 13/12/2013 I called and asked the executive Basu to transfer my call to the supervisor named Kaushal she bluntly said Kaushal is not on the floor, and said one of the supervisor will call back in four hours. This is a pet answer from Snapdeal each time you ask about a supervisor. Then she disconnected the call.
I again called in and spoke to a supervisor Onika Rajput and she promised a call from the manger by 5 o clock in the evening. Im still waiting for the same. And Im repeatedly sending the emails to Snapdeal with no answers from them. I have ordered around 50 products from FLIPKART and JABONG. These things never happened to me.
Snapdeal is really a black spot in Indian E-commerce industry.
