Inferior sensor buttons, heavy electricity bills

I bought Bajaj Majesty touch pro Induction cooktop. I had really bad experience with it. First of all I bought it to cut down my gas cylinder expenses but it consumes too much electricity and resulted in high electricity bills. After one year, it automatically stopped working because its plate was damaged. Irony is that, my induction stopped working a day after of its 1 year completion of warranty period. I requested customer care representative to consider my case but they behaved very rudely. They denied straight forward and ask me to pay money. The wire and sensor buttons are of inferior quality. Sensor buttons stops working within 5-6 months and you have to hardly press them for keep functioning. Design is simple and good but there is a space beneath which gives space to insects to enter in the induction.
