Its been close to 2 year Now. What a time. I wish I could say it was pleasant but it was not. During rainy season my bike broke down twice in the middle of rush hour and traffic. and even the bajaj dealers does not provide service to the bike.
With only 3 pro biking service center in Delhi you have to travel 20-30 kms to get the servicing done and that do they dont have the advance booking facility. you have be there at 8:00 in the morning be in que and even then there is a chance that they might not take you bike in. and then you never know when it will be done cause they dont give the call back.
Yes one thing they are prompt of is giving you the "FEEDBACK" form to fill.
The funny thing is my bike broke down just a week after getting serviced by the pro-bikers.
Ill give them the credit for one thing I was happy to get the bike and drive it around for 10 kms it was amazing but that wz the list time it was amazing.
Buggers did not changed the oil, cleaned the water release valve on top of fuel tank lock. I have been to 2 different service centers in Delhi and it feels like they are doing a favour by taking money from us and servicing the bike it sure feels like that.
I dnt know im more frustrated by the bike or the service center. Even with all the flaws I still love my bike. Even with the momentary scare when my clutch wire broke out of blue its hard to avoid.
