I agree with the author . I had also experienced the same problem.
I had purchased a new bike having done first free service then one day it was raining heavily and when I was about to get out of my office it refuses to start. so I had to take that heavy bike manually to some safe place (@#!@#@!#!). whats after that , even after one more day it refuses to start, not its not at all starting. No support from the bajaj dealer and they are asking me to bring the vehicle to their showroom ( I have to take the burden since I can’t throw away my vehicle which I bought of 55000 rupees ( !@$#@#$@$#@!).
After riding Pulsar I can only say that this byke is just a hype. A good marketing by Bajaj Auto ( for a poor performer bike). Some people may remember that in 1977 bajaj laughed a scooter i.e. baja Rave and advertise it as ( go from 1997 to 2010 in 10 seconds ).
The vehicle was having engine of bajaj M80 ( a very old chap ). I am a fool that despite knowing that bajaj used to cheat people like ( bajaj rave ) this having buy this vehicle. it just looks good, Average is poor , my new vehicle give me 45 km per liter on flat roads.
if at all you want to buy a motorcycle go for Hero honda Splendor, no bike is better that that whatever my be the advertisements. ( just look how much bajaj spend on Ads instead of testing and delivering good bikes, The ad of discover dtsi by jackie chain );
