I bought this cooler a month ago from Chroma Bangalore after going through the reviews. I felt I should have bought the cooler atleast a month before when the summer started. It is a quite a value for money with the comfort it provides. In the mornings, given the bangalore weather, cooler further lowers the temperature and there is no lower speed than 3rd step which makes me to switch off the cooler in the mornings. Water storage lasts for 3 to 4 days used in all the nights which was ok to me.
No comment on durability as it is only a month old and till now no issue faced. Overall it is a good value for price of around Rs 5480.
