I am a Scientist aged 49 years and have been using two wheeler and car for the past 31years. I have covered more than 7Lakhs out of which 4Lakhs Kms in various two wheelers I owned(Bajaj Chetak, IndSuzuki, Hero Honda CD100 & Splendor, Kinetic Honda, Yamaha YBX, TVS Victor and Honda Unicorn.) Out of these vehicle and the newly purchased Bajaj XCD 125 DTS-Si I find that the Bajaj XCD is the worst(Very Poor Mileage compared with manufacturer’s claim) and I have taken back the TVS Victor I sold paying Rs.3000/- more than the price I sold. I am getting 75Kmpl on TVS Victor that covered 75000Kms.

I am getting 45Kms per Liter with two persons on highway and single on city, 55Kms per Liter on highway single and at speed between 40Kmph and 50Kmph. The power is very poor with two persons and mileage varies under same condition. The values given are the best and the worst is 45Kms per Liter on Highway at speed below 50 Kmph.
Four Times I gave to Bajaj Service for rectificattion with the result that mileage dropped by 4kms at the 4th instant
