I bought my Bajaj XCD 125 in the month of May 2008. Reason to buy was my faith in Bajaj Products which I have been using since my childhood.
In all respects XCD 125 has come far below my expectations. Average I get about 50 against 109 claimed by the company. I ride an average 100 Kms a month whereas my daily average used to be much more than it. Aftersale service has been not poor . I would grade it Bad.
Bajaj Auto needs immediate attention . and improvise on its products and services . unless they can afford to lose faithful ageold customers like me!
In the present times when the road space is continuously shrinking, running / operating costs of automobiles are going up; no parking is available for the 4 wheelers; Two wheelers are gonna become natural choice for the users.
Bajaj must keep in mind . it is no more a sellers market. Customers expectations have gone high.
Remember, special attention is required to stay strong in the adverse market conditions
