I love munching on wafers especially while I am travelling back home from work. As an experiment and for change, I happened to purchase Balaji wafers – Cream and Onion. The quality of wafers was not good. I was under the assumption that these companies handpick raw material and ensure the quality standards are met. Most of the wafers were over fried and had bitter taste which spoiled my evening. Thinking that I might have got unlucky that day, I picked another packet of Balaji Wafers – Tomato to be on the safer side and the experience was the same. I just feel that in order to compete with other leading brands they are in the market. Will suggest to improve on the quality of the product to attract more customers
