Why should Sugna abort the child? When she is being made to practice all the things a widow should do after the death of her husband then WHY NOT BE ALLOWED to GIVE BIRTH TO HER LEGITIMATE CHILD? if she can perform all the hardships of being a widow without staying with her husband ever then why cant she have a child? Not that what sugna did was right BUT by aborting her child its doing no RIGHT! TWO WRONGS DONT MAKE A RIGHT!
Poor Sugna she’s never stayed with Pratap but has to morn his death and while she does that she cant have his child? WHY? Afterall Pratap was her husband so its ok if she is pregnant with his child infact her dadisa should encourage her and say that since she is Pratap’s widow she is also the mother of his child. If she can be his widow without statying with him then she can also have his child without having stayed with her. I think that would be ultimate fairness to sugna and her life.
Also she should marry Shyam.
