This is the second most disgusting experience I have with this dealer.First Time they scratched my car, and the quality of service was worst.
Secondly they are not willing to entertain your request no matter whats your problem is got a call from customer care after few days asking for my feedback and I told them what happened to me. Now Readers you wont believe it that even after my hard words nothing happened. I was so pissed off that I wrote an email to Hyundai customer care and got a prompt response from them and within next two or three days I got a service manger at my home with two mechanics to take care of my complaints.
Second time, only today, I got burnt by them again. They are just a bunch of thieves. Only this morning I gave my car again to them for a service and told them that I hope my experience wont be repeated again, . But they have this tradition of cheating people so they cant help themselves.
I have this souvenir from a senior guy in BMW, it was a collector edition Key chain.Guess what, they stole it. Yes Baltic Hyndai Faridabad people stole my souvenir. This is where the real story starts.I requested them to please return it but the security staff laid the blame on workshop guys. workshop guys dont care about what customers are saying. and then the relationship manager he thinks that I forgot it somewhere!!!
I finally thought that may be I should raise this issue to thier senior management, to my uttermost surprise this guy, GM or something started to abuse the relationship manager with all dirty language even to the point of threatning him that he will break his legs if customers are coming directly to him!!!
Finally I was told that I am the LIAR over there and they dont have time for such things and I should search my home.Its not only me. There was this lady with his brand new Hyundai i-10 which Baltic hyundai people has scratched so badly that it seems that it was intentional. and she was waiting there for 2 hours without a clue of whats really going on.
These guys dont deserve to be customer service industry.I repeat, **PLEASE AVOID BALTIC HYUNDAI FARIDABAD**. They are worst than even the worst. I am writing a mail to customer care of Hyundai and attaching this page also so that they should know what the hell these guys are doing to their customers.
