I brought this baltra BHC10 electric kettle of 1.9 liter at price 480 from local market and their is no any warranty for this product. outer look of this kettle is good and looking is also good, light weighted, user friendly and easy to use.
durability: if I am talking about the durability then this product is only for 15-20 days member, very less durable.
after using 20 days when I touch its outer part it give current. this product is just waste of money.
handy: this product is easy to use and light weighted and having no any complex functions.
style and design: desing and style is good . you can use it for cooking Maggie, for boiling egg, for making tea, and for boiling milk.
service and support: this product have no any warranty so if it is damaged then you have to go for local electric shop for repairing otherwise no any support from company
so I suggest you don’t buy this product it is just waste of money.
