First order- 2019- First defective product. But got replacement with delayed delivery. But satisfied with quality.
Second order- 2021: No shipping till 15days. Followed up and got response the product is not available and will take 1month. Till 15days they were sitting on my money without informing me of the reality. Got refund after 1month of placing order.
Third order- 11July2023. Till date they have not shipped and after again me following up, again they are saying it will take another 15-20days. They didn’t feel the need of informing me the reality again. I asked for compensation for this and they have stopped responding atall. I warned them of consumer forum, still stubborn heads have no response. I will never order from this unreliable brand ever.
Deeply tortured and trapped.
