11Jan2014, I had a very bad experience at the central in Orion Mall -Malleswaram, Bangalore.
I bought a suit and I gave the trouser for height alteration, the employee at the alteration desk was very rude, others he gave 1 hour time, as I asked him to speedup (I told him I came from electronic city) - but he gave me 1:30 min (gave 30 min extra reward).
After 1 hour 20 min I went, then there was a discussion, then he told me just now he gave for stitching and I have to wait for another ten minutes, I asked the feedback form at customer counter and they said no card but only one book to write on our feedback.
I asked about the web address so I can lodge complaint there -but they said no web address, the bad experience didn’t end there. At the baggage counter one old lady and young guy was there - both behaved rudely at me - they said my baggage was there for more than 1 hour and I was very late - the guy was saying they wont keep baggage for more than an hour - I really got pissed off.
I had shown him the 1:30 min waiting, I had at the stitching counter. He was not ready to listen it. Asking me to get last.
