I have visited bangalore palace recently. its tickets price was 260 rs. if you want to take camera with you then extra tickets have to take you for it. they gave me a headphones with a small ph like machine which give me a detailed description about the things. inside the palace there are some historical things like elephant legs ( wooden) , pictures of kings, some instrument, some clothes which kings had to wear etc. there are a big room which they give in rent for big party which is well designed. and a big stage which also is given in rent for weeding, reception etc. but the building is just simple. they does not allow in all the room to see. outside in front of the palace there is a small garden where some people comes to relax in afternoon. though the palace is quite outside it would be difficult to find hotels near the palace. but there are gaurds available. this is a safe palace.
