I will never again risk using this company. Their customer service is disgraceful.
I ordered a 108 key, shine through, lettered and numbered key cap set to the UK.
After waiting over a month I received a 62 key, blank(no numbers or letters) solid white(no shine through) key cap set
After reporting this to Banggood on their live chat with photos and all details, they told me they have opened a ticket and to wait 24-48 hours for a response. 72 hours later no reply.
I go back to Live Chat. Tell them I have not received a reply about my ticket. They appear to have no record about the ticket. They ask for all details and photos again, despite it all being there already in their Facebook Live Chat(if they scrolled up in the conversation!)
They ask me to wait again.
After they failed to open up a ticket the first time, I’m not keen on again having to wait for a reply that will not arrive. So I open a ticket myself on their website. Details and photos provided a 3rd time.
They tell me the next day they can’t see the photos. Banggood’s own website ticket creator doesn’t even work properly. So I email them myself. this is the fourth time the photos have been supplied.
Finally they get back to me about these photos the next day. Apparently the item is correct and they do not see the problem.
Either Banggood customer service representatives must be blind or must be liars. The photos clearly show an entirely different(and cheaper) product to what I ordered.
I have now opened a paypal case, explaining again, with all photos. Banggood responds telling me that they already have my ticket and are working on a solution. Well that’s not what they said in an email this morning - they would not admit the item was wrong!
They also ask me to wait again.
This company’s customer service is a joke. If you order something and you get what you asked for, great. But if you don’t, do not expect any help and certainly don’t expect competence.
