It was a great disappointment after couple of years with BOA. By looked at the brand name I opened my account to have them as my trusted advisor for all my banking need. But I never got trusted advice from the officers. Always they recommend some thing which I’ll be paying penalties, service charges, hidden fees, higher interests, etc.
Most of their service names "sounds" good. But they don’t really. They have a poor customer service which I never got the answer which I wanted. Always end up going to the local branch and have an officer screw me after a long waiting.
On my first visit I through it’s the officer. But almost every officer does the same. They don’t really value their customers at all. And most of them are not qualified or with poor knowledge on their services.
When I decided to move out from them, they tried making me happy by offering few carrots. Finally I managed to get out from them and joined credit unions who gives better service with better satisfaction. I’m really amazed with the service which credit unions offer and their rates.
So overall BOA sucks.
