I took home loan in Bank of Baroda, without shareing loan details of emi payment like account details they started emi. And started penalty as not paid emi. Staff is neglecting to react on the issue. They just call u to pay the penalty. Its staff mistake to not to share the payment details in time. And they want u pay the penalty for their mistake.
It is really bad experience with customer support. And they charge more interest than they promised without increase in repo rate.
I seriously dont recommend this bank
