It gives me immense pleasure to write this review on Bank of Baroda. I do not hold any account with this bank. However, I have been using its credit card(BOB Card) since the year 2001. I must say it is a wonderful experience to use it.
The customer service is amazing unlike any other government owned bank. Its central office is located in Mumbai. But its branches are functioning in almost all cities of the country. They charge very low interest on usage of credit card and all charges are quite transparent unlike other banks. I would also like to open a account in this bank in near future. I recommend everyone to open accounts with this bank.
