Hi friends, I want to share my experience with bank of baroda.
I am operating an account in BOB from last 7 years and usually I don’t use it just because of its pathetic service but after demonitisation it was a necessity, so I started using my account again.
One day I was charged with rs.380 for some services which I don’t even use, I went to my branch and asked them to clarify that deduction.
It took them more than 2 hours to clarify that deduction.
Its cheque takes the longest time to get cleared, most of the atm’s are not in service or out of cash.
There is only 3 transactions available from other atm’s and no BOB atm in kanpur is perfectly in working condition, so you can’t rely on atm.
Every time we have to visit the branch for even small amounts.
