Recently Bank of Baroda opens a new branch in my hometown Falakata. The outlook is so attractive and colourful. My dad suggested me to open an account in this bank. But I have been suffering to open an account from last 19 days. It has be 19th day today that I submitted my documents along with account opening form. I think it is lying under their table.
I visited Baroda for checking the account status but they declined to check my details showing a reason that they had no link. It’s frustrating, I don’t also like their behaviour. I also submitted Rs 1000 in advance for account opening.
It’s better to open an account with a private bank rather than Bank of Baroda.
