I have been banking with BOB since last 15 years and the experience is typical of what you get in a government organisation. You need to have tons of patience, tolerance and need to develop a personal relationship with few staff to get your job done efficiently.
Changing the logo, mission statement and spate of advertisements is worthless when the attitude of the staff remains the same.It is almost six months since I applied for net banking and still waiting for the account to be activated, this is in spite daily follow ups. There is nothing called customer service, in short, guys stay away from Bank of Baroda an atrocious banking service provider.
