I have my Saving Account in Bank of Baroda - NIT Faridabad Branch, sorry to say but its staff is getting older maximum of them are near to retirement, services are below to satisfaction level like almost all Government Banks.
Branch Manager of the same Branch is highly innocent person, every one try to shout on him for mistakes of their staff, Since an old branch it has too much rush everyday, probably limited staff may be one of reason for not good services.
I myself experienced bad services many times, still hope it will convert in good as Branch Manager is good enough to do so.
