Needed an account statement for my savings account. Firstly, savings account holders cannot get one, that’s what the branch people answer.Then you can write an application and there would be a special help offered to a so called valuable customer (5 years ago opened an account with BoB for reasons only God knows).
No branch head to meet as he is out of town.
Its a very seriously difficult thing that I have requested, so would need 5 days to look into ’’Possible Solution’’ if any.
Call the toll free customer care number, and its a Rs 50/ page charge for a statement.No policy to give a soft copy, and it would still take 6-7 days.
