Service not satisfactory, very average bank

Although I am a 10 year long customer of this bank, I still am not satisfied with their customer service. The people here are not friendly at all and do not offer much benefits to their customers. They are not bothered about who come in and go out and just concerned to finish their work for the day. When you ask them for any inquiry, they reply in a very unfriendly manner. The only reason I am still their customer is because they offer savings account with minimum balance of Rs. 1000 and other private banks demand minimum of Rs. 10000/- But clearly this is not the way too treat your customers.
