Today I want to share my own experience about customer service in government bank is that they not give proper reply to customer because may be they have lot of work of they not get for extra work. I went one day for fix deposit inquiry but I didnt get proper information and just asked me to fill form for it, I actually want to know that how is interest and what facilities and what deduction at the end of fix deposit but they are not taking interest and due to not proper information I leave bank. may be it happen in most of government bank but I am not happy with their behaviour because I want to get proper information but they not provided and just asked for fill form.
