Bank Of Baroda is one of my favorite bank because of the supportive behavior of the employees and good customer service.
They have opened a new branch at my home town Falakata. It is situated at the popular bank road, Falakata - it’s easy to find this bank at our place.
Opening a saving bank account with Bank of Baroda was easy, they takes only two days to generate my account number. As it’s a new branch, I did not find any introducer at the time of opening my account and I left this option blank but they self introduced myself and wins my heart.
Bank Of Baroda has opened their branch with attractive outlook - I like the decoration and colour of this bank - it’s a beautiful orange bank. I like the SMS and internet bank services of Bank of Baroda. ATM counter is also open 24*7 for all customer with a security guard but there is only one ATM counter at our town. It’s disturbing to stand beside a huge line of customers. I don’t also like the square size passbook made of low quality paper.
Overall it’s a good bank for opening instant account and for the instant balance inquiry system through a single missed call.
