The first bank I banked with was Bank of Baroda but, recently. Trying to use Bank of Barodas Internet banking or Mobile banking is absolute torture.
First getting the pin from the branch took more than 5 months .Then When logging in to the net banking portal it always shows asinvalid username.(i have tried over 10 times)
The mobile banking app does not get downloaded easily. Money just goes on getting deducted as SMSes are sent to activate the same. Wasted time and money.
The customer service contact no. is always busy.They do not reply to the e mails sent too.They have some catching up to do as far as technology products are concerned. Federal bank which is a much smaller bank has done much better in this aspect.
Seriously making your customers very frustrated!The technology services like internet banking and mobile banking are the future of banking, they should improve it immediately if they want to compete with the private banks and foreign banks.
