I am a customer of bank of india, chalthan branch in gujarat. I was opened my account with this bank in 2015 in jandhan yojna and asked them for all details when I will I get my passbook, atm, cheque book etc. and they told that passbook have to collect from branch and other things will cone at your home by post.
I waited 2 months nothing arrived then I went their to ask for my ATM but they don’t know how checked and told it will arrive in this month at your home but my atm not came by post then again when I went they told you will not get ATM because you are not 18 years.
and this year in 2017 when I completed my 18 years I went in bank and asked for atm then they called me after 3 days and again I went their then they told peon to search for my account numbers atm in bank .after 40minutes told me that your ATM has been lost fill new form to get new atm .
and when I asked how it has been lost only one month passed becoming me 18years old atm were arrived in last month only then the other person working told your ATM was arrived in 2015 only and you did’nt took so it was lost in bank. and when I replied I was came many times to get that then they started to make excuses and then they make me to fill new form for atm and made me to wait again for 1 month.
And same time in 2015 I was opened an account with bank of baroda and I got my atm in one month only but I faced like this problems with bank of india and they make me to wait and till now not provided my ATM and they are not sending a message also your atm is arrived or anything only saying come to branch for inquiry about atm.very bad service and my experience with them.
