I have been using Bank of India service from couple years. As a govt bank we have highly regards and interested to take advantage to use of all of its products from saving accounts to insurance. I would also getting support from their supporting staff but when comes to use their 24x7 support service even if you try many times to connect through their support contact number you will not successful. I don’t understand whenever try their contact number 1800220229 you find it is busy. When you send mail to their support team they will send any response unless you send back them a reminder. As per my understanding such issue need to be addressed by the higher management of the BOI so that customer can use their service without facing difficulty.
