My first account was held in bank of India. It is good bank and they are good at providing loans, education loans, locker facility, etc. The staffs are much better than government banks. They are friendly with customers, they talk nicely with customers, this is the best thing I liked. The staffs have to talk nicely but in some other public sector banks staff are always shouting with customers.
So the best thing about private sector bank is they are very cool with customers because they are motivated by the manager and the manager will strictly act against the staff if the staffs are behaving badly with customers. So bank of India is very safe and best bank in India.
