Pathetic Customer Service

Third class customer care they even don’t know how to talk to the Customer. No Customer Care nos. as well branch contact nos. are working, No-body listen to the customers, even HO branch customer care guy doesn’t know how to speak with the customer.They don’t have the automated debit card renewal system. One has to approach the bank in person and then they will realize and issue a temporary ATM card without Customer’s Name.
