Bank of india is a nationalised public bank which is owned by the government of india and all the workers get there salaries from the government of india without any delay of salary.
This is good for the staff but the attitude of the staff is very rude to there customers which is not good for the customers.
The major reason for the rude behaviour of the staff is that they are totally secured and there is a no risk of losing the job by the staff.
If there is any risk for them then there behaviour will be good.
More than that some negative points are:
No customers dealing.
Lack of basic facilities like facility for seating and drinking water.
Less number of ATM’S which are not available at my village area, I have to go 5 k.m. to withdraw my cash.
Some advantages are:
Safety of cash deposited.
Available of internet banking and phone banking.
Overall saying this bank is good in there other field but there is a need of improving the attitude of there staff.
