My father opened an account in India’s one of the most prestigious bank that is bank of India.he opened that account for me so that I could put my savings there.i, am from starting good in academics so whenever I win any kind of cash prize from any competition I just use all the money directly in one go . so to stop this habit of mine my father opened an account for me in the nearby bank of India.
What I dislike about this bank is the customer service that they provide to their customers.
once I went to this bank to deposit a sum of rs-5000 that I won in the’naini chess competition’ held in Nainital.i went their alone none of my family member was there with me.
there the first bad thing that I noticed was that outside the bank no guard was there. some people were staring at me as if they will pounce on my cash and then run away.other thing was when I entered the bank I asked them that I have came here to deposit my cash but they were busy in their own work .they after a lot of time gave me a form to fill . I came there first time so I was confused on how to fill that form and nobody was there to help me out .
so I felt very bad by this kind of treatment of the’Bank of India’ personnels.
so I would recommend that this bank is only good for those who are in a habit to do everything online .and for rest, like me I won’t advise you to go to this bank. thanks
