Bank of India is very good in service. I have an account in this bank from last two years.
They provide all facilities. Phone banking, netbanking etc. They handle the customer in a good way. But this place is too much crowded that is why we have to face little problems.
There is one bad thing about this bank is that it has less branches of ATM. Employees are very good and good guidance providers. This is the safe bank also we can trust on them easily and never will disappoint.
Customer service is good and they provide phone facility also if you have any query you can ask them on phone. Otherwise you can connect your mobile with your account and you will receive every information about changes in your account.
