My experience with bank of India is worst and poor.(Ahmedabad NAroda branch).The service of staff is poor and careless.they dnt care about customers I transferred my bank account from one branch to another and submitted my KYC form from last 20 days but still it’s not updated.they blocked my account my debit card huh.I am going there every day but no one is replying and nobody cares.Staff not replying anything and every time saying it will take one week more.i am not able to use my own money bcoz of poor service of bank.
Till date I am following with them not getting any updates and response.
